Показано, что наиболее массовые и перспективные для промысла – голубой и полосатый тунцы. Остальные тунцовые и мечерылоподобные рыбы из-за особенностей распределения в дальневосточных водах России наблюдаются эпизодически и нерегулярно. Заходы тунцовых рыб в российские воды у южных Курильских островов, южного Приморья и южного Сахалина начинаются в июне и заканчиваются в ноябре, однако наиболее благоприятный период промысла – июль-октябрь. Основные факторы, влияющие на распределение тунцовых и мечерылоподобных рыб в дальневосточных водах России, – это потепление поверхностных вод и высокая численность сардины иваси, скумбрии и анчоуса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Findings of tuna and billfish species in the Far Eastern waters of Russia are overviewed and current status of their stocks and fishery is described briefly. These species invasion to the Russian waters is caused mainly by increased warming of the sea surface layer and active migrations of sardine, mackerel, and anchovy. Most of these species are encountered sporadically and irregularly due to patterns of their distribution, but bluefin and skipjack tuna are rather abundant, with prospects for commercial fishing.
