Приводится морфометрия 27 экз. акулы Etmopterus unicolor , пойманных в 1980 г. у северо-восточной Японии. Кроме пластических признаков, сообщается о количестве туловищных и хвостовых позвонков, рядов зубов и витков спирального клапана кишечника. Приводятся данные о биологии вида.

Morphological description is given for 27 specimens of shark Etmopterus unicolor caught off northeastern Japan in 1980. Counts for vertebras, teeth rows, and intestinal valves are presented, as well. The species biology is discussed.
