Углового. За период исследований в акватории залива выполнено 120 станций для четырех сезонов (октябрь 2019 г., февраль, май, июнь 2020 г.). Для осеннего сезона 2020 г. исследован гидрохимический состав 13 мелких рек, впадающих в северо-восточную часть залива. Установлено, что воды рек Песчанка, Саперка и Грязнуха содержат чрезвычайно высокие концентрации биогенных веществ, обусловленные стоком канализационных вод в реки, что определяет эвтрофикацию залива. Вблизи устьев этих рек в зимний сезон, при отсутствии ветрового перемешивания, подо льдом образуются аномалии гидрохимических параметров (низкое содержание кислорода и рН, высокие концентрации общего азота, фосфора, аммония, кремния, взвеси и парциального давления углекислого газа). В теплый период года благодаря ветровому перемешиванию гипоксия вод отсутствует. Во все климатические сезоны обнаружены высокие концентрации общего азота (10,0-40,0 мкмоль/л), общего фосфора (1,5—2,0 мкмоль/л), растворенного органического углерода (3-5 мгС/л), хлорофилла (0,5-2,0 мкг/л), что указывает на высокую интенсивность продукционно-деструкционных процессов в заливе. Деструкция органического вещества доминирует над продукцией, так как воды залива недосыщены по отношению к кислороду и пересыщены по отношению к углекислому газу, что обусловлено береговым и речным стоком органического вещества. Подводное фотографирование показало отсутствие лугов зостеры (Zostera marina L.) в заливе. Сравнение эпизодических исследований прошлых лет с нашими результатами указывает на деградацию экосистемы залива. Видимым проявлением этой деградации является исчезновение лугов морских трав, возникновение гипоксийных явлений, воды залива стали источником углекислого газа для атмосферы. Сделано предположение, что ограничение водообмена между открытой частью Амурского залива и зал. Угловым гидротехническими сооружениями (дюкер, 1982 г., и низководный мост, 2012 г.) и эвтрофикация залива стали основными причинами деградации экосистемы залива.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hydrological and chemical surveys were conducted in the Uglovoy Bight in October, 2019, February, May and June, 2020 (in total 120 stations) and chemical analyses of water from 13 small rivers running into the bight were done on October 21-22, 2020. Extremely high concentration of nutrients was detected in the Peschanka, Saperka and Gryaznukha Rivers that was obviously caused by waste waters discharge. These rivers were the main source of the bight eutrophication. Within the bight, the highest anomalies of chemical parameters, as low oxygen content, low pH, high concentrations of nutrients (N, P, Si), high turbidity, and high CO2 partial pressure were observed close to these rivers mouths, in particular under the ice in winter, when wind mixing was absent. The hypoxia disappeared in the warm period of year because of wind mixing. High concentrations of total nitrogen (10.0-40.0 μmol/L), total phosphorus (1.5-2.0 gmol/L), dissolved organic carbon (3-5 mgC/L), and chlorophyll a (0.5-2.0 μg/L) in all seasons were the results of active production-destruction processes, obviously with prevalence of organic matter destruction, since the water in the bight was undersaturated with oxygen and supersaturated with carbon dioxide — the bight accumulates and mineralizes organic matter from terrestrial and riverine discharge. Underwater photographs did not detect Zostera meadows at the bottom, which were observed in the northwestern Uglovoy bight in the past. Comparison of historical data on episodic studies in the bight with results of the surveys indicates degradation of its ecosystem, with such signs as disappearance of seagrass, hypoxia in winter, and CO2 flux into the atmosphere.
