Основой метода является шкала для определения TPFchem по TPFbio, которая состоит из двух кривых. Первая из них предназначена для определения величин TPFchem по значениям TPFbio (содержание частиц &lt; 0,05 мм более 10–12 %), вторая — для коррекции TPFchem по TPFbio для грунтов с более низкой концентрацией указанных размерностей. Обработке могут быть подвергнуты любые списки видов. Предлагаемый метод, кроме определения уровня химического загрязнения среды, позволяет восстанавливать последовательность изменений в силе антропогенного воздействия в периоды, когда анализ содержания загрязняющих веществ еще не производили; корректировать оценку уровня химического загрязнения; изучать процессы аккумуляции загрязняющих веществ в самой прибрежной части моря, где анализ загрязнения не был выполнен по объективным причинам. В то же время устойчивые результаты применения данного метода можно гарантировать только на прибрежных акваториях Владивостока.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A method for assessing the degree of marine pollution (TPFchem) is developed using a bioassay approach. The index TPFbio is calculated as the average coordinate of the optima of response curves (along the TPFchem gradient) known for the taxa of macrozoobenthos found at each station. The scale for correspondence between TPFchem and TPFbio is determined, separately for the fine-grained bottom sediments (with more than 10–12 % of particles &lt; 0.05 mm) and for the sediments with lower portion of fine particles. Any list of species can be processed. Besides the assessing the level of chemical pollution, the method allows to correct results of chemical assessments and to restore dynamics of anthropogenic impact or to trace accumulation of pollutants at the seashore. However, reliable results of this method can be guaranteed for the coastal waters of Vladivostok only.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>мониторинг</kwd><kwd>зал.
